This is a specialized liquid detergent and surface sanitizer designed for the external cleaning of multi-use water jars (20-liter jars). BKC acts as a powerful disinfectant and surfactant, while the DM water base ensures the chemical remains pure and doesn’t leave mineral streaks or “white spots” on the plastic surface.

Advantages

Dual Action: It cleans the dirt/dust and sanitizes the jar surface at the same time.

Non-Corrosive: Unlike bleach, BKC is safe on plastic (Polycarbonate/PET) and does not make the jars brittle or cloudy over time.

Strong Disinfectant: It is highly effective against bacteria, algae, and fungi that might be sticking to the outside of the jar from the market.

Spot-Free Shine: Because it uses DM water, it leaves the jars looking crystal clear and “brand new” after drying.

Safe for Hands: At the correct dilution, it is much milder on the workers’ hands compared to harsh caustic cleaners.

Disadvantages & Risks

Foaming: BKC produces a lot of foam. If you use too much in an automatic machine, the foam might overflow.

Rinse Requirement: If not rinsed properly, it can leave a slightly “soapy” or “slippery” feel on the jar.

Not for Internal Use: While BKC is a sanitizer, this specific outer-wash blend is usually formulated for heavy external cleaning. For the inside of the jar, a food-grade sanitizer (like your Germicide) is preferred.

Incompatibility: Do not mix this with “Anionic” soaps (like common dish soap or surf), as they will neutralize the BKC and make it useless.

 How to Use

This chemical is used in the Pre-wash or External Wash section of your jar loading line.

Dilution: Since BKC is very concentrated, mix the liquid with water. A common ratio is 10ml to 20ml per Liter of water, depending on how dirty the jars are.

Application: * Manual: Use a sponge or brush dipped in the solution to scrub the outer body and the bottom of the jar.

Automatic: Use it in the outer-wash spray nozzles of your jar washing machine.

Contact Time: Let the foam/liquid stay on the jar for at least 30–60 seconds to allow the BKC to kill all germs.

Rinsing: Rinse with plain water to remove the loosened dirt and foam.

Instructions For Use

1. Preparation: Dilute Bluewello External Jar Cleaning Liquid with water according to the desired concentration (usually 1:10 or as per manufacturer’s recommendation).
2. Application: Apply the diluted solution to the jar’s exterior using a soft cloth or sponge.
3. Scrubbing: Gently scrub the jar surface to remove stubborn stains or dirt.
4. Rinsing: Thoroughly rinse the jar with clean water to remove any cleaning solution residue.
5. Drying: Allow the jar to air dry completely before refilling.

• In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Storage and Handling

• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Protect from freezing.
• Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
