Minrlmix Liquid is a concentrated aqueous solution of essential food-grade minerals. By dissolving high-purity mineral powder in DM (Demineralized) water, this product ensures that the minerals are already in an ionized, stable form. It is designed to be dosed directly into the RO permeate (purified water) to restore taste, balance pH, and add nutritional value.

✅ Advantages

Instant Solubility: Since it is already in liquid form, there is zero risk of powder settling at the bottom of your dosing tank. It mixes instantly with the RO water.

Consistency: Every drop contains the same concentration of minerals, ensuring the TDS of your final drinking water remains stable without fluctuations.

Ease of Use: No manual stirring or mixing is required. You can simply put the dosing pump suction tube directly into the carboy/can.

Accuracy: It allows for very precise dosing. You can fine-tune your final water TDS (e.g., exactly 80 ppm) much more easily than with powder.

No Clogging: Unlike powder suspensions which can sometimes clog the valves of a dosing pump, this clear liquid keeps the pump and injection valves clean.

🛠️ How to Use

This is the easiest product to handle in your RO chemical lineup:

Direct Dosing: Place the suction filter of your Electronic Dosing Pump into the Minrlmix Liquid container.

Injection Point: The chemical should be injected into the RO Product Line (after the membrane and before the final storage tank).

Adjustment: * Start the dosing pump at a low frequency.

Check the TDS of the water at the tap/outlet.

Increase or decrease the pump speed until you reach your target TDS (typically 70–100 ppm for premium bottled water).

No Pre-mixing needed: Because it is prepared with DM water, it is stable and won’t form precipitates in the bottle.

❌ Disadvantages & Risks

Higher Transport Cost: Since it contains DM water, the product is heavier than the powder version, making it more expensive to ship/transport.

Storage Space: You need more physical space to store liquid carboys compared to compact powder bags.

Dilution Error: If an operator tries to dilute this liquid further with “Raw Water” instead of “DM Water,” it will turn cloudy and the minerals may drop out of the solution.

Shelf Life: Once opened, it should be used within a reasonable timeframe to prevent any atmospheric contamination (though the DM water base helps keep it stable).
