This is a premium, non-toxic, and food-safe internal sanitizer. It is designed to sterilize the inner surface of water jars before they are filled with RO water. Since it is based on Silver-Stabilized Hydrogen Peroxide (H_2O_2 + AgNO_3), it effectively kills all pathogens without leaving any harmful chemical residue, taste, or odor.

How to Use

This chemical is used in the Internal Sterilization Station of your Jar Washing Machine.

Dosing/Mixing: * Add the Germicide to the internal wash tank.

Typical Concentration: 10ml to 50ml per 100 Liters of water (this can vary based on the germicide concentration).

Application: The machine will spray the solution through a high-pressure nozzle directly into the inverted (ulta) jar.

Contact Time: The spray should last for at least 15–30 seconds.

Final Step: Allow the jar to drain completely. If using a slightly higher concentration, a quick final rinse with RO water is recommended.

Safety Precautions

• Harmful if swallowed.
• Causes skin irritation.
• Causes serious eye irritation.
• Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
• If Swallowed: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting.
• If on Skin: Wash with plenty of water.
• If in Eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
• If Skin Irritation Occurs: Get medical advice/attention.

Storage and Handling

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
• Avoid freezing and excessive heat.
• Handle with care, wearing appropriate protective gear.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Available in 5 Liter, 10 Liter, and 35 Liter Carboy packings.
